Security & Privacy
How we protect your information and your accounts
This is the plain-English version. It is not a replacement for the legal privacy policy. It is the explanation of what actually happens to your data, your logins and your ad spend when you work with us.
Measure by measure
What we do and why it matters to you
HTTPS on every page
What it is: This entire website is served over an encrypted TLS connection.
Why it matters to you: Anything you type into a form here (your name, phone number, website URL) travels encrypted rather than in the clear.
How HTTPS works (Google) →Form data handling
What it is: Contact and audit forms collect only what we need to call you back: name, dealership, phone, email, website and your message.
Why it matters to you: We do not ask for financial information, social security numbers or anything else a marketing conversation does not require.
No sale of your information
What it is: We do not sell, rent or trade contact information submitted on this site.
Why it matters to you: Filling out a form here does not put you on a list that gets resold to other vendors.
Read our privacy policy →Call recording and transcripts
What it is: Calls with us may be recorded or transcribed for quality and for training the systems we build.
Why it matters to you: You should know before you speak. Tell us if you do not want a call recorded and we will not record it.
Analytics and advertising cookies
What it is: We use analytics and advertising tools, including Google Analytics and Google Ads, to see which pages produce inquiries.
Why it matters to you: You can block these with browser settings or an ad blocker and the site still works. [TBD: confirm full vendor list and add a consent banner if you serve EU or UK visitors.]
Google's privacy policy →Access to your accounts
What it is: When we work together, we request delegated access to your Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Analytics and website. We never ask for your passwords.
Why it matters to you: Delegated access can be revoked by you in one click, without changing a password or locking anyone out.
Ad accounts stay in your name
What it is: Google Ads and Meta accounts are created under your business and billed to your card.
Why it matters to you: Your payment details go to Google and Meta, not to us. We never handle or store your card number.
Domain and website ownership
What it is: Your domain stays registered to your business and the website files and content are yours.
Why it matters to you: If we part ways, nobody is holding your web presence hostage while you argue about an invoice.
Client data we hold
What it is: Lead records, call recordings and reporting data live in the platforms you own plus our project systems.
Why it matters to you: You can request an export or deletion at any time by emailing us. [TBD: confirm retention period with counsel.]
Vendors we rely on
What it is: We use third-party providers for hosting, email, CRM, call handling and analytics.
Why it matters to you: A vendor relationship is not a certification, and we do not describe it as one. [TBD: confirm the published vendor list.]
Photos and customer content
What it is: We only publish install photos, names and testimonials you have the right to share and have approved.
Why it matters to you: Your customers' homes and faces do not end up in an ad without permission.
What we do not claim
Things we are not going to pretend
- We are not SOC 2, ISO 27001 or HIPAA certified, and we will not imply otherwise. If we pursue a certification, it will show up here with the auditor named.
- No provider can guarantee a breach will never happen. What we can control is how little sensitive data we hold in the first place.
- We are not your legal counsel. Privacy law compliance for your dealership (call recording consent, text messaging rules, state privacy statutes) is worth an hour with your attorney.
Your rights
Ask us to delete it
Email hello@beefymarketing.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you. Ask us to stop calling or emailing and we stop. The full legal detail lives in the privacy policy and terms.
No pitch deck. No pressure.
A 20-minute conversation about your install pipeline: where your calls are going today, and what it takes to make them ring at your shop instead.
