Use of this site
Content here is provided for information only and is not a guarantee of results. Marketing outcomes depend on your market, capacity, pricing and how quickly you follow up on leads.
Program terms
- Ad spend is not included. Advertising budgets are paid by you directly to Google and Meta. Program fees cover management, strategy and production.
- Setup fee. A $1,500 one-time setup fee applies and is waived if you prepay three months.
- Term. Month-to-month after the initial term. [TBD — confirm initial term length in your service agreement.]
- Wingman call volume. Each program includes a monthly pool of AI call minutes. Sustained overage beyond the pool is billed at our cost, never marked up.
- Ownership. You own your domain, website content, ad accounts, Google Business Profile and lead data.
Intellectual property
Our proprietary systems, templates, playbooks and the Wingman platform remain our property. Deliverables produced specifically for your dealership are yours on payment.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. [TBD — confirm with counsel.]
Governing law
