Ethics
Our review policy: for us and for you
- · We never write, buy or incentivize a review. Not for ourselves and not for a client.
- · We ask every client for a review at a natural point in the relationship and accept whatever they write.
- · We respond to reviews publicly, including critical ones.
- · We do not gate review requests to filter out unhappy clients. Gating is against Google's policies and we will not do it for a dealer either.
- · If a review is factually wrong, we reply with the correction and let the reader decide.
